My finished T-dome piece (though I didn't get to finish the nuts and such, due to the deadline, and I'll post the whole thing later). It is the guardian of the Northwest temperate forests, and causes trouble for those who build new developments in their previously natural environment by causing damage in the form of a squirrel... running across busy roads to create accidents, chewing through wiring, nesting in gutters and on rooftops and generally creating much mischief.

Great Concept! Did you this in Photoshop with your wavcom? I also like the little bit you wrote about it too. The running in the road part reminds me of a project I was thinking about doing. But still got in the back bunner.

Thanks! I did the initial rough outline in pencil, scanned in and then digitally colored it all with Procreate Painter Classic (yes, I know, it's free crap that came with my watcom, but right now it's the best I have... may get a better version for Xmas!). Tell me about your project in pm!

My gosh, how is this beautiful piece not more recognized?! Beautiful work here! The facial expression is amazing, and the fur texture looks real enough to reach out and touch. This drawing would make Brian Fround proud (and if you don't know who he is, you should look him up. I think you'd love his work) :-)

Brian Froud's an inspiration for this guy. :) I LOVE his pixies, especially.

This is an old piece, so there are some major issues, but maybe someday I'll fix those, as I did have a lot of fun with the fur. Thanks very much for your comment!
